1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Zyrox.io, app.zyrox.io, or any service operated by Zyrox Technologies (“Zyrox”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. The service
Zyrox provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment infrastructure that enables merchants to accept one-time and recurring payments in supported stablecoins and crypto assets. Funds are transferred directly from customer wallets to merchant wallets via on-chain smart contracts. Zyrox does not custody, hold, or control merchant or customer funds at any point.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using Zyrox, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the service does not violate any law applicable to you.
4. Merchant obligations
If you use Zyrox to accept payments, you are responsible for: (a) the legality of your underlying business in every jurisdiction where you operate; (b) any KYC/AML, sanctions screening, and tax obligations applicable to your business; (c) refunds, customer support, and dispute resolution with your customers; (d) the security of your own wallet and private keys.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Zyrox for activities that are illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to: financing of terrorism, money laundering, fraud, sanctioned jurisdictions or entities, sale of illegal goods, child sexual abuse material, or any activity that violates third-party rights.
6. Fees
Zyrox charges a platform fee on successful payments processed through our infrastructure. The current fee is 0.5% of the transaction amount unless a separate written agreement applies. Network gas fees are paid separately on-chain by the party initiating the transaction.
7. No custody, no chargebacks
Zyrox does not hold funds. Cryptocurrency transactions, once confirmed on-chain, are irreversible. Refunds are at the merchant’s discretion and must be initiated as a separate outgoing transaction by the merchant.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Blockchain networks may experience congestion, downtime, or reorganizations outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network conditions, third-party wallet failures, or merchant or customer error.
9. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to our dashboard, API, or smart contracts if we determine, in good faith, that an account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law. Because Zyrox is non-custodial, suspension does not affect funds already settled to merchant wallets.
10. Intellectual property
Zyrox name, logo, smart contract code, and related materials are owned by Zyrox Technologies. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyrox’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
