Our editorial mission
We publish guides, comparisons, and technical references for businesses adopting crypto payments. Our goal is to be the most useful, accurate, and honest resource on stablecoin payments, recurring crypto billing, and non-custodial gateway architecture. This page describes how we produce that content and how we treat readers.
Authorship and AI assistance
Articles are written by the Zyrox editorial team. Our workflow uses AI tools — primarily large language models — to accelerate research, draft outlines, and generate first drafts. Every article is then reviewed and edited by a human editor before publication. AI is a tool in our process, not the final author.
We disclose this transparently because we believe readers deserve to know how content is produced. AI assistance does not change our standard for accuracy: every factual claim must be verifiable against a primary source, and every recommendation must reflect our actual experience with the products and protocols we cover.
Sourcing and verification
We cite primary sources whenever possible — official documentation, on-chain data, regulatory texts, and the merchants of record. Where we cite secondary sources (industry reports, research summaries), we link to them so readers can verify. Numbers (fees, transaction times, KD/volume estimates) are dated and updated when the underlying source changes.
Independence
Zyrox is a commercial business and we promote our own product on this blog. We do not, however, fabricate competitor weaknesses or hide our product’s limitations. When a competitor product is better suited to a specific use case, we say so. When we recommend Zyrox, it is because the product genuinely fits the article’s audience.
We do not accept paid placements in articles. We do not run sponsored reviews. We do mention our own product in articles where relevant, with clear language and a clear call to action.
Corrections
If we publish an error, we correct it. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with the date of correction. If you spot an error, please email contact page and we will respond within 5 business days.
